Hello, Hello wonderful people. I know its been a while since my last post. It seems that lately my world has been revolving around "what if's", the future and immigration. My last post was about my mum becoming a U.S citizen. Its hard to believe that, that event was just over 2 months ago. Since then, quite a few things have happened. The I-130 application I sent in to USCIS in December of 2007 finally got approved.Its a good thing and the process for it was moved faster becuase of my mum becoming an american. Another thing that I was working on was a letter campaign. I needed to raise money for my immigration forms. There were 6 to start out with but went down to 5 after the I-130 was approved. So the total for the forms was over $1,600 and with God's help I raised over what I needed. As a bit of advice, I was told that there will be hidden fees while im waiting for the forms to be accepted. So God knew exactly what I needed and made it all happen. =D
Once the applications are accepted, I will either become a permanent resident or a Naturalized Citizen of the United States. Depends on how the government looks at it. I have until im 21 to get these approved or its bad news. The worst case senario is that I will be told NO, get deported back to Australia and have a 10 year bar (meaning I cant come back too the U.S till 10 years have passed) =S

I have mailed them out so now its just a waiting game. I need prayers for patience, peace and for them to be accepted. =D

I think thats about it for me. ive had people asking me whats up, so heres the 411. Or part of it anyway. lol
